WHAT IS ALUMINUM COMPOSITE?

Aluminum composite is a lightweight, rigid sign material made with thin aluminum outer layers bonded to a durable polymer core. It provides the clean appearance and stability of a metal-faced sign without the weight and cost of a solid aluminum plate. The chart is printed on the smooth white matte surface for clear visibility and easy reference.

MOUNTING INFORMATION

One mounting block, metal plate and double-sided adhesive tape are included. This hardware may be suitable for light-duty indoor display, but it may not provide the most secure installation in an active shop environment where vibration, dust, heat or surface contamination may be present.

For a more secure shop installation, we recommend either:

• Carefully drilling mounting holes near the four corners and fastening the sign with appropriate screws, washers and wall anchors; or
• Attaching strong magnets to the back for installation on a compatible steel surface.

Mounting hardware for these alternative methods is not included. Always select fasteners, adhesives or magnets appropriate for the mounting surface, and avoid overtightening screws.

Technical values are provided as general shop-reference information. Always follow the specifications supplied by the equipment, tooling or fastener manufacturer, particularly for safety-critical applications.
